Tzar Caviar is the perfect replacement to sturgeon caviar and
is, therefore, eaten in the same way. It is delicious when
simply enjoyed by itself, but Tzar Caviar can also be used in
many warm and cold dishes.

Pommes Tsarine with Tzar Caviar
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
Chives
Salt and pepper
Oil
Dash of sour cream
1 jar of Tzar Caviar
Sea salt |
 |
Instructions (For 4 people):
Clean the potatoes under a tap, but do not peel them. Arrange a
bed of sea salt in an oven dish and place the potatoes on top.
Place this in the oven until the potatoes are cooked. Remove the
potatoes from the oven, cut off the top of the potatoes and
carefully remove the inside. Be careful to not damage the skin
of the potatoes. Place the potato pulp in a bowl and mix it with
the sour cream, salt and pepper, chives and a small amount of
oil.
Place the potato purée back in the potato skins. Place the
filled potatoes on a plate and finished with Tzar Caviar.
This delicious dish is usually served with champagne, but we
have opted for a Russian touch. Serve with ice cold vodka.
